You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of all engineering systems – HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.

Leading the engineering team

Leading, scheduling, and supporting the engineering team, ensuring effective coverage and high standards of work.

Managing preventive maintenance

Managing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for equipment, guest rooms, and public areas.
