The Chief of Staff for the Medium Rare Group is an exciting opportunity to provide senior support to the Managing Director and the broader leadership team. This pivotal job involves strategic and operational oversight across three agencies, ensuring key business priorities are met while driving cross-functional project delivery. The team thrives in a culture of collaboration and innovation, making a positive impact across the News Corp network.

You'll be responsible for

Strategic Advisory & Project Delivery

Sponsor and lead cross-functional programs from initiation to completion—ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and with seamless change management. Review and sharpen the commercial components of new business pitches.
🤝

Managing Director Support & Executive Effectiveness

Act as a trusted 2IC to the MD. Partner closely with the EA to manage leadership actions, triage critical business matters, and synthesize complex issues into clear, actionable executive recommendations.
📣

Communications, Operating Cadence & Integration

Draft high-impact leadership communications, manage the business's regular operating forums, and lead growth strategy days. Serve as the primary follow-through point for agency integration matters with News Corp.
