Ensuring all RPAS operations comply with the Civil Aviation Act, Regulations, and the University's Operating Certificate.

Monitoring operational standards

Monitoring and maintaining operational standards, supervising Remote Pilots operating under the ReOC.
🔧

Overseeing maintenance

Overseeing RPAS maintenance, including standards, defect records, serviceability of equipment, and personnel qualifications.

Key criteria

🎓

Relevant Bachelor's degree

Possession of a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Remote Pilot Licence (RePL)

Valid RePL for multi-rotor, aeroplane, and powered lift UAVs.

📻

Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC)

Certification required for communication during UAV operations.
