You'll be responsible for

👩‍👧‍👦

Providing individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs

Engaging with participants to ensure they receive the tailored support they require.
📚

Implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate programs aligned with participants' NDIS goals

Creating and executing programs that foster growth and development in line with NDIS objectives.
📝

Completing documentation and reporting in line with NDIS and internal quality requirements

Ensuring all records are accurate and meet regulatory standards for quality and safety.

Key criteria

🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Experience in disability support

Demonstrated experience in disability services or related fields.

Working towards or holding a Certificate III in a related area.
