You'll be responsible for

Managing vendor orders
Manage end-to-end vendor orders—from placement to issue resolution—and drive process optimisation. Liaise with both internal teams and vendor contacts (Cisco and Pure Storage) to lift buying efficiency. Run escalation paths for critical orders to minimise customer impact. Oversee linked sales order placement and negative backorder placement.📊
Overseeing stock management
Partner with the product team to resolve aged inventory; support quarterly rotations and address stock issues as they arise. Work with internal teams and Cisco to resolve returns, faulty, and discontinued stock matters. Process customer return requests for electronic licensing.📬
Coordinating customer service
Triage and respond to enquiries via the Cisco Sales and Pure Operations inboxes. Manage the Cisco sales inbox. Allocate incoming emails to the right groups and follow through to resolution. Maintain ETA updates received from vendors and ensure timely upload/communication to stakeholders.What we're looking for
