You'll be responsible for

Managing claims administration activities

Manage daily claims administration activities, including claim setup, inbox management, record keeping and data maintenance.

Supporting claims assessment

Support the assessment and decision-making of fast-track claims within agreed service standards.

Providing updates to stakeholders

Act as a key point of contact for members, beneficiaries and claimants, providing clear and timely updates throughout the claims journey.
