You'll be responsible for

Managing claims
Leading and managing a portfolio of complex workers’ compensation claims in accordance with NSW Workers Compensation legislation and SIRA guidelines.👩🏫
Coaching and mentoring
Providing expert coaching on workers’ compensation and effective claims management while mentoring internal stakeholders and managers to build capability and enhance knowledge.🤗
Building relationships
Building and maintaining strong relationships with injured workers, people leaders, medical professionals, legal representatives, and internal teams.What we're looking for
🧑⚕️
5+ years in workers’ compensation claims management
Experience managing complex claims, including legal and psychological injuries.View fit

Strong knowledge of NSW legislation
Expertise in NSW Workers Compensation and SIRA requirements is essential.View fit
