Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organization goals, ensuring consistency and compliance across assigned entities.

Overseeing monthly operations reports

Oversee preparation of monthly operations reports, attend and minute operational meetings for nominated entities, and maintain oversight of client portals including regular audits and training facilitation.

3+ years in account management

Demonstrated experience in a strategic, multi-account management environment.
