You'll be responsible for

Serving as key liaison

Serve as key liaison between JLL and client stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships through regular site attendance, co-chairing operational meetings, and engaging with entity staff across assigned portfolios.

Developing operational strategies

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organization goals, ensuring consistency and compliance across assigned entities.

Overseeing monthly operations reports

Oversee preparation of monthly operations reports, attend and minute operational meetings for nominated entities, and maintain oversight of client portals including regular audits and training facilitation.

Demonstrated experience in a strategic, multi-account management environment.
