About the job

Co-founded by ex-Eucalyptus and ex-BGC operators, Matilda is completely reimagining the visa application process in Australia by building a first-of-its-kind digital migration platform. This role is for a lawyer looking to join a startup and motivated to redefine the outdated migration industry.

You'll be responsible for

Owning the client journey

Manage the client relationship and coordinate the visa application process end-to-end using the Matilda platform.

Delivering excellent outcomes

Work with senior lawyers and migration experts to prepare and review visa applications with a high attention to detail.

Streamlining and systematising

Identify workflow bottlenecks and help implement tools and processes that improve speed, quality, and consistency.

Key criteria

Law degree and 1-3 years of experience

Admitted to practise law in Australia and relevant legal experience.
