Coordinating health practitioner access

Arranging and facilitating medical appointments to meet residents’ clinical needs.

Conducting clinical assessments

Performing comprehensive clinical assessments, including vital signs, weight monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of residents’ health status.

Valid AHPRA registration for nursing practice in Australia.
