About the job

As a Clinical Documentation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing clinical documentation excellence and optimizing AN-ACC outcomes across six aged care homes. Your expertise will help ensure that every resident’s needs are accurately reflected, leading to high-quality, person-centred care. The team thrives in a collaborative environment, where support and continuous improvement are at the forefront of their mission.

You'll be responsible for

Leading AN-ACC processes and assessments across 6 homes

Drive excellence in clinical documentation and funding outcomes across multiple aged care homes.

Coaching and mentoring clinical teams on best-practice documentation

Empower care teams to enhance their documentation practices and improve resident care.

Analyzing and reporting AN-ACC performance to key stakeholders

Provide insights and data to support decision-making and compliance with quality standards.

Current AHPRA registration

Possession of valid AHPRA registration as RN or EEN.
