Leading AN-ACC processes and assessments across 6 homes
Drive excellence in clinical documentation and funding outcomes across multiple aged care homes.👩🏫
Coaching and mentoring clinical teams on best-practice documentation
Empower care teams to enhance their documentation practices and improve resident care.📈
Analyzing and reporting AN-ACC performance to key stakeholders
Provide insights and data to support decision-making and compliance with quality standards.Key criteria

Current AHPRA registration
Possession of valid AHPRA registration as RN or EEN.View
