You'll be responsible for

Designing clinical learning programs
Design, develop, and facilitate clinical learning programs using contemporary learning principles to enhance team skills.📖
Providing clinical education support
Provide best practice clinical education and development support across designated Aged Care Homes and interstate as required.🤝
Collaborating on training initiatives
Collaborate with the Capability, Development & Learning Manager and Clinical Governance teams to implement and evaluate training initiatives.Key criteria

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Possession of current unrestricted AHPRA registration is essential.View

5+ years clinical experience
Demonstrated clinical experience in healthcare settings.View
