By delivering engaging workshops and programs, you will play a crucial role in supporting these communities. You'll be responsible for

🎓

Delivering workshops

Facilitators will deliver MESHA’s workshop programs either face to face or online, working collaboratively with the Program Delivery Team and broader teaching team.
💬

Supporting participant engagement

Support participant engagement and wellbeing throughout program delivery, ensuring a positive learning experience.
👥

Leading teams

Provide leadership to teaching teams and mentors during workshops, contributing to capability building across the facilitator cohort.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification in relevant field

Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related area.

Experience in training delivery

Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and managing group dynamics.

Experience with military or emergency services
