You'll be responsible for

Providing clinical support
Providing clinical support to clinicians who are caring for deteriorating, complex, acute medical and surgical conditions after-hours and follow up ‘at risk’ patients transferred to the wards from the Emergency Department or Critical Care Medicine.🧑⚕️
Conducting patient assessments
Undertaking clinical patient assessments and contributing towards clinical investigations, providing direction, guidance and feedback in relation to the care and overall management of deteriorating, complex, acute medical and surgical conditions.📈
Leading evidence-based care
Working with staff in the clinical areas and providing leadership in evidence-based care.Key criteria

Registered Nurse/Midwife authority
Current unrestricted authority to practice as a Registered Nurse/Midwife.View
📅
5+ years post-registration experience
Minimum five years full-time equivalent experience post-registration.View
