Integrating care
Integrating care for older persons with complex health needs by enhancing the skills and knowledge of staff, patients, and their carers.What we're looking for

AHPRA registration
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.View
📅
5+ years nursing experience
Minimum five years full-time equivalent post-registration experience.View
🎓
Postgraduate qualifications
Relevant postgraduate qualifications in the specialty field.View
