You'll be responsible for

Providing timely nursing assessment and care plan

Conducting thorough assessments and developing care plans to meet patient needs.

Supporting aged care homes during outbreaks

Offering assistance and guidance to aged care facilities during health crises.

Delivering education and building staff capability

Facilitating training and development for aged care staff to enhance their skills.

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration

Possession of valid AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum 5 years acute experience

Demonstrated experience in acute care settings over the last 5 years.
