You'll be responsible for

Providing clinical advice
Provide expert clinical advice, clinical organisation, leadership and consultancy services within the nursing specialty across multiple service groups, target populations and health care professionals, delivering high quality stroke, rehabilitation and falls prevention and management services.🤝
Collaborating with teams
Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, consumers and partners within the Far West Local Health District and NSW Health.🌟
Leading quality improvement
Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.Key criteria

Registered Nurse authority
Current authority to practise as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.View

5+ years clinical experience
At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration clinical experience.View
