You'll be responsible for

Delivering diabetes nursing care
Providing specialist diabetes nursing care and self-management education for patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, including insulin pump and diabetes technology support.🏥
Working across services
Working across inpatient and outpatient services, commencing within the Diabetes team and expanding to broader clinical settings as the role develops.📈
Contributing to clinical leadership
Contributing to clinical leadership, education, quality improvement, and research activities within a tertiary diabetes and endocrinology service.Key criteria

Diabetes nursing experience
Demonstrated experience in caring for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes patients.View
📜
Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education
Completion or progression toward this qualification is highly regarded.View
