Providing clinical teaching
Guided by the Nurse Unit Manager, providing clinical teaching and professional development support for nursing staff.🌱
Supporting staff development
Ensuring staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their roles.🏥
Promoting excellence in patient care
