You'll be responsible for

Providing clinical training
Formulating and delivering in-service educational programs and assessing clinical procedures at a ward/unit level.🤝
Supporting staff development
Fostering a preceptor/mentor role to enhance clinical skills development for less experienced staff.🏥
Promoting best practices
Encouraging and implementing best practices to enhance patient care across the community.What we're looking for

Current AHPRA registration
Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAView fit
📚
Clinical or education qualifications
Relevant post-registration qualifications or willingness to obtain certificationView fit
