You'll be responsible for

Providing advanced clinical assessment
Deliver advanced clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and evidence-based care for consumers with complex mental health and alcohol and other drug needs.🤝
Leading and supporting the multidisciplinary team
Lead and support the multidisciplinary team through expert clinical decision-making, delegation, and coordination of care.📈
Contributing to quality improvement
Champion person-centred, culturally responsive practice aligned with the Professional Practice Model and contribute to quality improvement, education, research, and safe clinical governance within the service.Key criteria
