About the job

The Clinical Nurse job is all about coordinating daily clinical activities to ensure high-quality nursing care for aged care residents. This role is crucial for supporting the Facility Manager or Care Coordinator in leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver individualized nursing care. The team thrives on collaboration and education, creating a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

You'll be responsible for

Supervising care staff

Providing supervision to all care staff in relation to clinical activities.

Directly caring for residents

Undertaking direct care of residents to ensure their well-being.

Advising on clinical care

Acting in an advisory and educational capacity regarding all aspects of clinical resident care.
