Collaborating with teams
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of Child and Family Health Nurses and Social Workers to improve health outcomes.🏡
Home visiting
Engaging in a home visiting model with a diverse range of clients, ensuring every day is different.Key criteria

Current Registered Nurse authority
Possession of current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.View

3+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in nursing with a focus on children and families.View

Experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.View
