You'll be responsible for

Providing person-centred care
Responsible for the provision of safe, evidence-based, person-centred care in line with the standards, policies and procedures of the Ministry of Health and other statutory authorities.📝
Assessing mental health issues
Provides a high standard of care in the assessment and management of mental health issues, as well as discharge planning and transfer of care.🤝
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Works alongside staff from other clinical streams and correctional services staff in the provision of mental health services.What we're looking for

Registered Nurse authority
Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse in Australia.View fit

Mental health experience
Three years of full-time experience in mental health settings.View fit

Post-graduate qualifications
