Ensuring patient safety and comfort in the PACU, while leading nursing staff to deliver best practices.🔧
Monitoring and auditing Orthopaedic equipment
Ensuring the smooth running of Orthopaedic lists by managing necessary instruments and liaising with the surgical team.👩⚕️
Providing leadership and support to nursing staff
Facilitating best practices and professional development for the nursing team in both PACU and Orthopaedics.What we're looking for

Current AHPRA registration
Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAView

3+ years perioperative experience
Demonstrated experience in a perioperative setting for effective patient careView
🎓
Relevant post-graduate qualifications
Possession of qualifications relevant to clinical nursing expertiseView
