Providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services
Assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation to ensure high-quality patient care.👩🏫
Mentoring and supervising learners
Mentoring and clinical supervision of pharmacy students, interns, residents, and other Grampians Health staff.📚
Participating in education programs
Engaging in pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings.What we're looking for

General registration as a pharmacist
