You'll be responsible for

Providing clinical pharmacy services
Delivering hands-on clinical pharmacy services across both Kempsey District Hospital and Port Macquarie Base Hospital.🔍
Conducting medication reviews
Reviewing medication charts and reconciling medications for inpatients to ensure safe medication practices.🎓
Educating patients and staff
Providing education and advice on health promotion, disease prevention, and quality use of medicines.Key criteria

Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA registration
Possession of current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist.View

Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience
Experience working as a Pharmacist in an Australian-based Pharmacy.View
