You'll be responsible for

Building relationships

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Principal Investigators, study coordinators, and site personnel to ensure smooth trial management.

Monitoring investigational sites

Conducting monitoring visits across all phases of clinical trials to ensure compliance with ICH GCP and study requirements.
🚀

Driving site recruitment initiatives

Developing and executing site-specific recruitment plans to meet participant targets and enhance engagement.

Key criteria

🎓

Graduate in clinical or life sciences

Possess a degree in a relevant field for foundational knowledge.

CRA II: 6+ months monitoring experience

Demonstrated independent monitoring experience in clinical trials.
