You'll be responsible for

Providing resident-focused care
Provide excellent, resident-focused care, including the management of diabetes, wounds, infections, pain and medications.📝
Completing assessments and documentation
Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans and incident records.🔍
Overseeing clinical care activities
Oversee day-to-day clinical care activities to support the best possible outcomes for residents.Key criteria

Registered Nurse experience
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care settings.View
