The Clinical Specialist - Team Lead (Custodial FYMHS) at Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality mental health care for young people in custody. You'll be responsible for

🏗️

Providing strategic leadership

Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership across Custodial FYMHS at Parkville and Cherry Creek Youth Justice Precincts.
🔍

Overseeing clinical governance

Oversee clinical governance, quality, risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring high standards of safe, evidence-based practice.
🔗

Strengthening integrated care

Strengthen custody-to-community transition pathways and integrated care arrangements.

Key criteria

🧠

10+ years in mental health

Extensive experience in tertiary and youth mental health settings.

Leadership in clinical teams

Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
