You'll be responsible for

Providing strategic leadership
Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership across Custodial FYMHS at Parkville and Cherry Creek Youth Justice Precincts.🔍
Overseeing clinical governance
Oversee clinical governance, quality, risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring high standards of safe, evidence-based practice.🔗
Strengthening integrated care
Strengthen custody-to-community transition pathways and integrated care arrangements.Key criteria

10+ years in mental health
Extensive experience in tertiary and youth mental health settings.View
👥
Leadership in clinical teams
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams.View
⚖️
Knowledge of youth justice systems
Familiarity with navigating youth justice and community-based services.View
