You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support
Delivering efficient daily services, coordinating correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.📅
Coordinating meetings
Preparing materials, organising venues and catering, arranging teleconferences, and taking minutes for meetings.📊
Tracking trial documentation
Developing, maintaining and tracking trial documentation, study materials, online content and relevant databases in accordance with SOPs and project requirements.Key criteria

Administrative support experience
Demonstrated experience in high-volume administrative environments.View

Knowledge of clinical trials
Working knowledge of clinical trials processes and ICH GCP guidelines.View

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience managing electronic documentation and spreadsheets effectively.View
