Supporting high-quality clinical trial activities across multiple projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational activities and maintaining essential trial documentation. You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support

Delivering efficient daily services, coordinating correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

Coordinating meetings

Preparing materials, organising venues and catering, arranging teleconferences, and taking minutes for meetings.
📊

Tracking trial documentation

Developing, maintaining and tracking trial documentation, study materials, online content and relevant databases in accordance with SOPs and project requirements.

Administrative support experience

Demonstrated experience in high-volume administrative environments.
