You'll be responsible for

Designing and deploying cloud solutions
Design, deploy, support, and maintain secure and scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.🔧
Providing operational support
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 operational support across IT systems and services, ensuring high availability and performance.⚙️
Managing incidents and changes
Manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes in line with ITIL practices, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.Key criteria

Cloud engineering experience
Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or Systems Engineer in managed services.View
