Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.

Providing support

Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support across IT systems and services, troubleshooting and managing various platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex or escalated incidents.

Cloud administration experience

Proven experience managing cloud solutions, especially Microsoft Azure.
