Owning and managing the end-to-end workforce model
Tracking headcount changes and cost impacts to ensure effective workforce management.📅
Supporting month-end processes
Including accruals, reallocations, and accurate Workday postings to maintain financial accuracy.📈
Preparing monthly finance packs for the SLT
Including figures, graphs, and commentary to provide clear financial insights to leadership.Key criteria

Experience in commercial finance or FP&A
Demonstrated experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering.View

Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Proven experience using an ERP system, ideally Workday.View
