Shaping portfolio performance
Leading financial reporting, variance analysis and key metrics across Charter Hall’s Retail assets, helping teams make clear, commercially informed decisions.🔍
Turning budgets into insights
Partnering with State Leads, Leasing and Centre Management teams to identify risks, opportunities and ways to optimize asset performance.💼
Supporting smarter leasing outcomes
Analyzing deals, rent reviews, incentives and recovery calculations to help drive stronger financial results across the portfolio.Key criteria
