You'll be responsible for

Providing legal advice
Acting as an extension of clients’ in-house legal teams, providing high-quality, responsive and practical commercial legal advice.📝
Drafting agreements
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, services, sponsorship, and licensing agreements.📜
Advising on compliance
Advising on general commercial matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance issues, including Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Law.Key criteria

Admitted to practice in Australia
Valid legal qualification with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience.View
