You'll be responsible for

Providing legal advice

Acting as an extension of clients’ in-house legal teams, providing high-quality, responsive and practical commercial legal advice.
📝

Drafting agreements

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, services, sponsorship, and licensing agreements.
📜

Advising on compliance

Advising on general commercial matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance issues, including Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Law.

Key criteria

⚖️

Admitted to practice in Australia

Valid legal qualification with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience.
