Manage complex contract negotiations, scope changes, claims, and disputes across head contracts and high-risk subcontracts, ensuring compliance with the Security of Payments Act.

Providing commercial guidance

Provide expert commercial guidance to project managers and contract administrators, including subcontract drafting, cost forecasting, and administration procedures.
