You'll be responsible for

Managing insurer commission processes
Manage end-to-end insurer commission processes, including calculation, validation, reconciliation and accrual preparation.📈
Producing management reporting
Produce accurate and timely management and operational reporting, covering performance, P&L and alliance partner outcomes.🗓️
Supporting month-end accounting
Support month-end accounting activities, including headcount checks, expense accruals and P&L reconciliations.Key criteria
