You'll be responsible for

Supporting culinary operations
Support the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes across our a la carte, in-room dining, banqueting and event operations, following standard recipes and portion guidelines while completing mise en place and assigned tasks efficiently.🍽️
Enhancing guest experience
Work closely with chefs and F&B colleagues, assist across kitchen sections as required, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for every guest.🧑🍳
Maintaining kitchen standards
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace, store and rotate food correctly, use supplies and equipment responsibly, minimise waste, and follow food safety, hygiene, allergen and workplace safety procedures.Key criteria
