You'll be responsible for

Assisting kitchen operations

Supporting the effective operation of the kitchen by performing various tasks as directed by senior chefs.

Maintaining cleanliness

Ensuring that kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

Stock rotation

Rotating stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.

Knife and cookery skills

Demonstrated knife skills and cooking techniques essential for food preparation.

Previous cooking experience in 4-5 star hotels or a la carte restaurants.
