As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing site activities, ensuring safety and efficiency while collaborating with project managers and engineers. You'll be responsible for

Executing maintenance

Ensuring that services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules, planning preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
👷‍♂️

Coordinating contractor personnel

Coordinating all Contractor personnel for the smooth execution of maintenance services and participating in site coordination meetings.

Supervising operating procedures

Supervising and leading all operating and maintenance procedures, keeping an up-to-date list of works that cannot be performed except during inspections or shutdowns.

Key criteria

10+ years of supervisory experience

Proven experience supervising in commissioning and maintenance contexts.

Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects

Demonstrated experience in both project types enhances adaptability.
