The Commissioning Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the Hillside Project, leading the end-to-end commissioning strategy and ensuring a seamless transition from construction to operational handover. This position is crucial for achieving a safe and efficient start-up of one of Australia’s largest greenfield copper projects. The team values collaboration and is dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of the project.

Developing commissioning strategy

Creating and maintaining the Project Commissioning Strategy, including systems definition and start-up philosophy.

Ensuring early operability input

Embedding commissioning requirements early into design, procurement, and construction strategies.

Leading integration efforts

Overseeing integration between construction completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Key criteria

12+ years in commissioning leadership

Extensive experience in major capital projects within mining or heavy industry.
