Lead the design and rollout of the sales commission schemes for all segments, ensuring they are simple, transparent and aligned to company growth and retention priorities.

Managing target setting process

Develop and manage the annual and quarterly target setting process across all sales segments, working closely with Segment GTM, Finance and Sales.

Analyzing commission plans

Analyze the correlation between commission plans, sales behaviour and business outcomes, overseeing accurate calculation and validation of sales commissions.
