You'll be responsible for

Leading design deliverables
Lead the development of communications and security designs for Defence and Federal Government clients, from concept through to detailed and construction documentation.🤝
Conducting workshops
Hold workshops and client design meetings, providing clear technical advice and managing stakeholder expectations.🌱
Mentoring staff
Mentor junior and intermediate staff and contribute to quality reviews across the broader practice.Key criteria
