Building strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, families, Elders, and community members is vital for fostering a supportive environment.

Providing support

Providing educational counselling, mentoring, and wellbeing support to students to enhance their engagement and participation in school.

Acting as a cultural advisor

Acting as a cultural advisor to staff and leadership to strengthen culturally responsive practices across the school.
