You'll be responsible for

Designing community engagement programs

Designing, piloting and refining evidence-based community engagement programs, tools and resources that help communities prepare for and respond to fire and other emergencies.

Evaluating programs

Developing, testing, evaluating and updating behavioural-change programs and tools, collecting and analysing impact data, and preparing clear reports and recommendations to support continuous improvement.

Coordinating backend operations

Providing strong backend coordination to ensure programs remain consistent, effective and aligned with best practice.
