Providing customer service
Working as part of the Libraries and Lifelong Learning team to provide high quality, efficient and friendly customer service, information and learning services that meet the diverse needs of the community.🏫
Activating community hubs
Undertaking daily operations and activation of Community Hubs in collaboration with the Team Leader Community Hubs and Outreach.🌟
Promoting corporate values
Championing, modeling, and promoting the corporate values within the community and organization.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification or relevant experience
Possession of a qualification in community development or significant experience.View

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications and internet technology.View
