The NDIS Aboriginal Access & Community Linkage Worker (HACC) plays a vital role in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members in accessing the NDIS. This position is all about empowering individuals and fostering connections within the community to enhance wellbeing and self-determination. The team thrives on collaboration, cultural respect, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the Mallee Region.

You'll be responsible for

Facilitating community engagement

Engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members to promote NDIS access and local support services.

Building relationships

Fostering and maintaining relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders to benefit clients and improve service delivery.

Providing direct support

Offering assistance and guidance to individuals seeking NDIS access and linking them to appropriate services.
