You'll be responsible for

Providing evidence-based clinical care

Delivering evidence-based clinical care in the community, focusing on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.
🧑‍⚕️

Delivering targeted Occupational Therapy

Providing targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
🤝

Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team

Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Skills you'll need

🏥

Community or hospital OT experience

Experience in providing Occupational Therapy in community or hospital settings, ensuring effective care delivery.
🎓

Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration

A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential for this job.
🚗

Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle

Possessing a valid driver’s licence and an insured vehicle is necessary for community-based service delivery.
